    Your Chief Operating Officer

Your company runs on clear processes, and you get back to leading it.

Your Chief Operating Officer works alongside you and your leadership team on how the work gets done. Together we assess every core process, engineer the pieces that are missing, re-engineer the pieces your growth has outpaced, and decide what to keep, what to stop and what to automate.

Three questions for every piece of work

    Keep

Does this work need to continue?

    Stop

Has this work done its job?

    Automate

Does this work need no human judgment?

Your company has grown, and the way the work gets done can grow with it.

Every owner-led company builds its processes as it grows. A step gets added for a new customer, a report gets started to answer one question, and a handoff lives with the one person who has always handled it. That is how growing companies are built. Your Chief Operating Officer gives those processes a steady hand, so every step has a purpose, every handoff has an owner, and your team knows what good work looks like.

You know how every core process runs, who owns it and how it is measured.

Your team shapes the processes they use every day, so the changes last.

You spend your time leading the company, and the work keeps moving without you holding it together.

What your Chief Operating Officer does

We work through how the work gets done in five steps.

We take one core process at a time, finish it with your team, and then move to the next.

    01

    Assess how the work flows

We sit with you, your leaders and the team members who do the work, and we map each core process from the first request to the finished result: every step, every handoff, every tool and the time each one takes. You see how your company runs, written down in plain language.

    02

    Record a baseline

Before anything changes, we write down how long the work takes, where it waits and what it costs today. That baseline is how you and your team will see whether each change paid off.

    03

    Decide with Keep, Stop, Automate

We look at every step with your team and ask three questions. Does this work need to continue? Has this work done its job, so it can stop? Does this work need no human judgment, so it can be automated? You and your leadership team make every decision, and every decision is written down.

    04

Engineer and re-engineer, one processlet at a time

We break each process into small, self-contained pieces we call processlets, each with one owner, one clear starting point and one clear result. Where a piece is missing, we engineer it. Where your growth has outpaced a piece, we re-engineer it. Small pieces are easier for your team to learn, measure and automate later.

    05

Put it to work with your team

Your team learns each new process, writes it down in their own words and uses it in the daily work before it becomes the standard. We measure it against the baseline, adjust what needs adjusting, and move to the next process.

    Keep, Stop, Automate

Three questions decide what happens to every piece of work.

Keep, Stop, Automate is the decision step inside the Growth RIGHT Method. It is always about the work, never about the team members who do it.

    Keep

This work serves your customers, your team or the business, so it continues, and we make sure it is clear, owned and measured.

    Stop

This work did its job once, like a report nobody reads anymore or a step a newer tool already covers. It stops, and your team gets that time back for work that needs them.

    Automate

This work follows the same rules every time and needs no human judgment, so a Digital Employee or a simple automation can handle it, with a person reviewing the result wherever it matters.

We automate a process only after it is clear and your team agrees on it, so every automation follows the way your company wants to work.

    The Growth RIGHT Method

Every engagement follows the same five principles.

    R

    Results the business wants

We start with the results you want, and every process decision serves them.

    I

Insight into the team and the work

We learn how the work gets done from the team members who do it.

    G

Groundwork that defines a sustainable process first

Every process is defined and agreed on before anything is automated.

    H

Humans at the center shaping the process

Your team shapes the processes they use, and a person stays in charge of every decision that needs judgment.

    T

    Technology that fits

We choose tools that fit how your company works, often starting with the tools you already have.

Change lasts when your team builds it.

A process handed to a team gets tolerated, and a process the team helped build gets championed. That is why your team members are part of every Keep, Stop, Automate decision, why they write each new process in their own words, and why we train them before anything changes. Nobody's job is the target. The work is.

Your Chief Operating Officer is a monthly partnership.

Ed and our team work with you and your leadership team every month on a rhythm that fits your business: working sessions with your leaders, time with the team members who do the work, and a short written update on what changed, what was measured and what comes next. You get a seasoned operations leader for the time your company needs, without adding a full-time executive.

Every company is different, so Ed goes over scope and terms with you himself, and you get a partnership that fits your company.

Your Chief Operating Officer and your Chief AI Officer work hand in hand.

Your Chief Operating Officer makes each process clear, and your Chief AI Officer decides where AI and Digital Employees fit inside it. You can start with either one, and they work best together.
