Your Chief AI Officer works alongside the leadership team to implement AI and help the whole team get comfortable with it and use it every day.
This may be your first time through AI adoption, but it isn't ours. If you are looking for an AI consultant who stays with you after the plan is written, this is how your Chief AI Officer works.
Stop Buying AI Software. Start Leading It.
You hired your VP of Sales to grow revenue, not to shop for tools. Learn how shifting AI from a software purchase to a leadership initiative eliminates wasted time and moves the needle.
What changes when this work is in place.
Your best people stop doing the work that anyone could do.
The estimator who spent half of Thursday typing numbers into a form is out looking at jobs. The service manager who answered the same six questions all week is training the new hire instead. Nobody is replaced. The repetitive part of the job is, and the hours come back to the work only a person can do.
Your customers get answered when they ask, not when someone gets to it.
The call that comes in Saturday afternoon gets handled Saturday afternoon. The quote that used to wait three days for one person goes out the same day. Your Digital Employees work the hours your customers need you, and anything unusual reaches a person who can decide.
You know what is happening without having to go find out.
A written update arrives the same date every month, whether you ask or not. Every Digital Employee has numbers recorded before it was built and measured ninety days after. You see what changed, what it cost, and what is next, and you never learn about a problem from a customer.
What the work earns shows up where you can use it.
More capacity without more payroll. Faster collections. Fewer things done twice. Owners have used that to raise pay in the middle of the year, to hold price when competitors could not, and to take on work they would have turned away. What you do with it is your decision, and you will be able to see it clearly enough to make one.
Your company stops depending on what is in one person's head.
Every Digital Employee we build comes with the process written down and charted, because a system nobody can explain is worth nothing to a buyer, a new hire, or the person covering next week. When your longest serving employee retires, what they knew stays. When someone asks what your company is worth, you have an answer with documentation behind it.
How the work runs.
The governance policy is written before anything is built, so your leadership team can say yes quickly for the rest of the year.
Your leadership team builds this alongside us rather than receiving it, because a plan nobody helped build is a plan nobody champions.
Digital Employees arrive one at a time. Each one runs live and is measured before the next begins.
Once the direction is approved, the work moves without coming back for permission at every step, in consultation with your leadership team.
Who you would be working with.

Ed Becker founded Growth Right Solutions. Before that he spent over twenty years in federal technology contracting, ending as Director of the Eastern Zone for the General Services Administration, responsible for the eastern United States, the Caribbean, and Western Europe, with offices in Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, and Virginia Beach. He directed contracting officers, technical contract managers, finance staff, and technical teams. Work delivered under his direction included air traffic capacity systems for the FAA, a neural network for NASA Goddard, and an ammunition tracking system that became a Department of Defense standard.
He then built and ran a managed services company for over twenty years, growing it from nothing to serving more than two hundred and fifty clients before selling it. Clients stayed an average of seventeen years against an industry norm of three to five, and one stayed twenty six years. He served as virtual chief information officer to eighteen of those clients, meeting with their boards and building their five year plans.
Earlier he was a school principal, and before that he taught instrumental music, directing performances at the Kennedy Center and at statewide venues. He holds degrees and certificates from Harvard, Loyola, and the University of Maryland at College Park.
The terms, in plain language.
Initial term
The initial term is twelve months, with a ninety day mutual off ramp after the first quarter.
Annual prepayment
An annual prepayment is discounted five percent.
Renewal
The agreement renews automatically with a ten percent escalator already written in, so nobody has to sit through a renewal negotiation.
Priority Work
Work the client wants moved ahead of the agreed queue is quoted as a fixed price based on complexity and how quickly they need it.
