1) Information We Collect
A. You provide: name, business contact details, job title, communications, meeting notes, preferences, support requests, and any content you upload or otherwise provide to us (including Customer Data under a DPA).
B. Automatically collected: device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and approximate location; cookies and similar technologies (see §9 Cookies).
C. From third parties: lead sources, referral partners, publicly available sources, and service providers (e.g., CRM, analytics, scheduling, and communications platforms).
D. Sensitive data: We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information. Do not send sensitive data unless requested in writing and protected by a signed agreement.
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
provide, operate, and improve the Services;
communicate with you (including demos, proposals, and support);
configure, implement, and advise on AI and automation solutions;
secure our systems, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce terms;
comply with law and exercise legal rights; and
perform analytics to understand and improve website and Service performance.
Model training: We do not use Customer Data to train foundation or generative AI models unless you expressly instruct us to do so in a signed agreement.

Service providers/subprocessors who perform services for us (e.g., hosting, CRM, communications, workflow orchestration, AI inference, analytics). These parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Legal and safety requirements were met where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

We are based in the United States. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK IDTA/Addendum, as incorporated in our DPA).
5) Data Retention
We retain Website/Account Data for as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, and Customer Data as directed by the client and our DPA, unless a longer period is required by law.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling. We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
How to exercise rights: Email [email protected] with your request and your relationship to us. We will verify your identity as required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.
